The first round of the new Ards/North Down Inter Club League is on Tuesday 25th April – a 10 mile time trial in Millisle. The full rules have now been published – ICL Rules 2023[3515]. The most important points to note are that only riders on standard road bikes will be eligible for points (no fancy time trial machinery or add-ons) , and riders are encouraged to wear club colours if possible.
