This year’s Tour of Ards classic road race will take place on Saturday 18th March, starting at 10am. We’ve moved the course to the quieter roads of the lower Ards Peninsula, but it will still be a challenging race over 68 miles for the legendary Tommy Brown Memorial Trophy.
The Headquarters are at the Portaferry GAA club on Ballyfounder Road, Portaferry (green dot above). The race starts with three laps of the big triangle (Portaferry – Cloughey – Kircubbin), followed by two laps of the shorter Lough Doo triangle, before finishing on Windmill Hill in Portaferry.
