There will be a coaching talk on Monday 18th January at 7pm in Ards Camera Club.
The talk will be loosely based around the recently updated coaching pages on this website (see under the “About Us” link above). It will be aimed at anyone who wants to improve their cycling – including Sportives, club racing and open racing – and will cover a basic framework of setting a goal, having a plan, progression, and some specific sessions aimed at road racers.
There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions. All members (and prospective members) are very welcome.
