We’re delighted to announce that B9 Energy Storage will be sponsoring this year’s Tour of Ards Classic on Saturday 15th March. There will be two races – a C1/C2 race over 4 laps of the Portaferry – Cloghy – Kicubbin and then finishing at the top of Windmill Hill – for a total distance of about 68 miles, and a C3 race over 3 laps of the same circuit and finishing at the top of Windmill Hill for a total race distance of about 52 miles.
For the winner of the main C1/C2 event, there will be a cash prize of £200, a winner’s jersey and the Tommy Brown memorial trophy. The top women will get a £200 voucher.
Race HQ is at Portaferry GAC, 3 Ballyfounder Road, BT22 1NS, and both races will leave here at 10am.
