Ards Cycling Club

Tonight’s trail quest was great fun, with thirty competitors split across thirteen teams getting 90 minutes to look for clues in the mid-peninsula area. Our riders put in some great performances at the North Down GP yesterday. Highlight was Neil McKenna’s win in the A4 race. Neil also won the King of the Hills and was first equal in the sprints. Over 30 riders turned up for the first club road race of the season at Carrowdore. The handicappers split them into three groups, with the limit group getting a 5 minute start on the middle group, and a further 3 minutes back to scratch.
