Ards veteran riders dominated in tonight’s 10 mile time trial in Millisle, taking the top four places. The first club road race on the new Ballygowan circuit was very popular with 49 riders signing on. Winner was Gareth Conn (Curran), followed by Harmon McBride (Curran), Gareth Boyle (NDCC), Barry Greer (Kinning), Ian McClure (Northern) and Stephen Watty (NDCC). Due to roadworks on the Portaferry Road the 10K straight in TT planned for Tuesday 2nd May has been cancelled.   There will be a club run instead leaving Caffe Nero in Ards at 6:30pm.  The 10K straight in will be rescheduled for later in the year. Apologies for the late notice.
