Club Event Tuesday 5th June This year there’s a new course for the “Magreechan Cup” time trial – an out a back route from Millisle to Ballyhalbert – a distance of approx 17 miles. Conditions were just about perfect for this evening’s club road race over 5 laps of the Orlock circuit. The handicappers split the riders into four groups, separated by 3, 2 and 3 minutes, and this worked well – the first two groups merged on the third lap, scratch caught the 3rd group on the fourth lap, and the whole race… Read more »

A head wind on the return leg of the club’s slower “Salt Water Brig” course didn’t stop six riders breaking the hour in tonight’s club 25 mile time trial.
